Collegiate Court offers rooms for rent in professionally managed rooming houses (compares to dorm). We have a number of different types of rooms ranging from small to large with either shared or private bathrooms. Kitchens, laundry and dining area are shared as well, to keep costs low. The kitchen is cleaned regularly by a cleaning service. This building has plenty of street parking in front on 11th Ave. Parking permits are available from the city for much of the street parking.

A7: Top floor unit with wood floors and private bathroom inside the room. This unit has vaulted ceilings in most of the room, which slopes down to about 4" high in one corner (works well for storage or a low bed). This is a bright room with east and south facing windows.

A5: Third floor unit with wood floors and private bathroom inside the room. Most popular floor plan. Very functional layout.
