Collegiate Court offers rooms for rent in professionally managed rooming houses (compares to dorm). This is a private room with a private bathroom. It's just under 300 square feet (including bathroom and closet), so it's fairly large.

Kitchens, laundry and dining area are shared as well, to keep costs low. The kitchen is cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.

This is one of our larger rooms. It's about 2x the size of the room on our website's floor plan. I don't have a floor plan for this room, but I just measured it and it's 304 square feet (including bathroom and closet), which means it's actually bigger than those micro-studios out there.
