Collegiate Court is a shared housing building where tenants have a private room and bathroom and a shared laundry and kitchen. This location is convenient to bus lines, light rail, and and an easy walk to grocery stores, "The Ave", and UW campus. Parking is very limited in the neighborhood. Rent rate includes all utilities, internet, and renter's insurance.
