We are walking distance to the University of Washington, Grocery Stores, Bus lines, the Ave and just a skip to Downtown Seattle! We do not have parking on site, it is only street parking. Zone permits are available from the city for street parking. But this is a fantastically pedestrian-oriented area, so ditch the car and go green!

Deposit is $500 (refundable). Sorry, no dogs. Cats welcome with additional $200 refundable deposit.

This unit will be leased by the room through August 2026, then in September 2026 it will be leased as an entire unit. So, all leases for an individual room would begin and end sometime between March-August.

Approval criteria includes credit score of 700, income equal to 2.5x the rent, rental history showing on-time payments and free of evictions. Co-Signers are welcome
