This is an ADA accessible unit with separate entrances at the back side of the building. We are a small, 8-unit building, and all units in the building are rented except this one!
We are walking distance to the University of Washington, Grocery Stores, Bus lines, the Ave and just a skip to Downtown Seattle! We do not have parking on site, it is only street parking. Zone permits are available from the city for street parking. But this is a fantastically pedestrian-oriented area, so ditch the car and go green!
